Health data not appearing?

ZERYNQA reads measurements that are available in Apple Health. First confirm that the relevant device or app has written the measurement into Apple Health, then confirm ZERYNQA has permission to read that category.

Why do different metrics show different sources?

That is expected. One device may provide sleep and HRV while another scale provides weight. ZERYNQA is designed to use the available Apple Health data without requiring one specific brand.

Premium or purchase help

Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store. If an existing subscription is not recognised, use Restore Purchases in ZERYNQA. App Store billing and cancellation are managed through your Apple account.
